Weight loss can be so frustrating, but there is hope!

How to Stay Consistent with Your Weight Loss Goals (Even When You Don't Feel Like It)


Consistency is key to weight loss. If you're not consistent with your diet and exercise, you're not going to see results. But staying consistent can be tough, especially when you're not feeling motivated.


Here are a few tips to help you stay consistent with your weight loss goals:

  • Set realistic goals. Don't try to lose too much weight too quickly. Aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week. This is a sustainable rate of weight loss that you're more likely to stick with. Hey... losing just 1 pound per week adds up to 52 pounds a year!

  • Make small changes. Don't try to overhaul your entire lifestyle overnight. Start by making small changes to your diet and exercise habits. These small changes will add up over time and help you reach your goals.

  • Find an accountability partner. Having someone to support you on your weight loss journey can make a big difference. Find a friend, family member, or online group that you can check in with regularly. Or, consider finding out more about my program, where my personal 1-on-1 coaching support is free!

  • Reward yourself. When you reach a goal, reward yourself with something you enjoy (maybe a spa day, pedicure, pretty new top, etc.) This will help you stay motivated and on track.

It's also important to remember that everyone's journey is different. There will be ups and downs along the way. Don't beat yourself up if you have a setback. Just pick yourself up and keep going. Every day is a chance for a fresh start!

Remain focuses on WHY losing weight is so important to you, and remind yourself of that before choosing something that is not going to serve you well. Also, remember, it's not about being perfect... it's about making progress and never giving up.
