Over 6 years ago @ age 58, post-menopausal, I was so frustrated and depressed about my weight. I had tried everything, was killing myself in the gym and nothing was working or giving lasting results. I was so tired all the time, having mystery aches and pains, trying to hide my rolls under long flowy blouses, and hiding in the closet to change, as I was too embarrassed to change in front of my husband.

I was literally in tears when trying to find something that fit to wear to a special occasion.

All this has changed! I got my life back and I am THRIVING... something I never dreamed possible!

 

I lost 50 pounds, 4 pant sizes, and went from XXL to M top, in 18 weeks! I have maintained, for the most part (nobody's perfect), for 6 years. But the weight isn't as important as getting my life back! I now have tons of energy to keep up with my 6 grandchildren. I'm able to hike, bike, parasail, Zumba, weight workouts... all the things; no more sitting on the sidelines for me! I feel confident, I love the way my clothes fit, extremely reduced aches & pains, sleeping like a baby, dry eyes and skin are almost non-existent, extremely rare hot flashes and night sweats... HALLELUJAH, and so much more!
