Alexis ~ "After having a kiddo, I told myself mom bod was ok and that my body would never go back to the way it was. Kristen ~ "Not sucking it in in either photo. Obviously, I've been obsessed with my results! I loved my body before because man it has gotten me two absolutely beautiful girls, and one of them by c-section. My body has supported me through being tough as a kid like a rock climber, the abuse I put it through as a teenager, all the laziness I put it through in my 20s (lost basically all my muscle), & a hard labor job last year as an Ambassador Bridge repair worker/ supervisor (a slap in the face of the reality of my body's health). I started to feel like I was letting it down with my laziness and I decided enough is enough. Our bodies can do SO MUCH it's crazy. I feel so much better and have so much more energy and I've waited for this day for so long. I feel so zen. I'm not where I want to be yet but my progress is! I will again in 𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐃 letters tell you I lost my weight (25 lbs) in 3 months without working out & to this day have 𝐍𝐎𝐓 stepped inside a gym , only pilates to tone. The gym is great don't get me wrong , but if 85 % is diet and you're eating like crap .. You're wasting your time."
